These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between CoinPoker.com ("the Company") and you ("the Affiliate") regarding your participation in the CoinPoker Affiliate Program, hosted at https://coinpokeraffiliates.com ("the Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Affiliates are required to register on https://coinpokeraffiliates.com and must provide truthful and accurate information. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure their information remains current and to update it as necessary
The affiliate dashboard is updated at least once every 24 hours and provides access to relevant statistics.
Affiliates agree to use the marketing materials provided in their affiliate account. Additionally, affiliates may use their own graphics subject to prior approval by a CoinPoker manager
Affiliates will receive a standard revenue share of 30%. CoinPoker reserves the right to negotiate unique terms with individual affiliates. The terms of any such agreements are considered commercial secrets and must not be disclosed.
Payments to affiliates are processed between the 1st and 15th of the month following the accounting period. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure that their payment details are kept up to date.
CoinPoker reserves the right to terminate or freeze an affiliate's account if any prohibited activities are detected. These activities include, but are not limited to:
- Abuse of the affiliate system (including registering own player account under affiliate account)
- Shaving or enticing players from another affiliate by offering better conditions
- Collusion or other forms of dishonest play by players referred by the affiliate
- The use of unauthorized auxiliary software by affiliate’s players
In the event of any suspicions requiring investigation, CoinPoker reserves the right to temporarily freeze any account for the duration of the investigation. Following the investigation, the account will either be reinstated or permanently blocked with forfeiture, without the possibility of recovery. The investigation period may last up to 3 months.
The terms of the affiliate agreement, including revenue share and any negotiated terms, are confidential and must not be disclosed.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities are lawful and in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction. CoinPoker is not responsible for the legality of the affiliate's operations.
CoinPoker reserves the right to request information about the sources of affiliate traffic, including website links, social media pages, or other resources. Failure to provide such information may result in account suspension.
CoinPoker reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if no new players (FTD - first time depositor) have been referred within a year.
CoinPoker reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email at least 10 days before the changes take effect.
In the event of any discrepancies between translated versions of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
