These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between CoinPoker.com (“the Company”) and you (“the Affiliate”) regarding your participation in the CoinPoker Affiliate Program (the “Program”), hosted at https://coinpokeraffiliates.com. By registering for and participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2.1. To join the Program, Affiliates must register at https://coinpokeraffiliates.com.
2.2. Affiliates must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration.
2.3. Affiliates are responsible for keeping all information up to date at all times.
3.1. The affiliate dashboard will be updated at least once every 24 hours.
3.2. The dashboard provides access to performance reports, player activity, and other relevant statistics.
4.1. Affiliates must use only the official marketing materials provided within their affiliate account.
4.2. Affiliates may use custom graphics or promotional material only with prior written approval from a CoinPoker affiliate manager.
5.1. The standard affiliate commission is based of a revenue share agreement.
5.2. CoinPoker may negotiate individual terms with certain affiliates.
5.3. Any negotiated agreements are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
6.1. Payments are processed between the 10th and 15th of each month, covering the previous accounting period.
6.2. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date.
6.3. CoinPoker is not liable for any delays or failed payments caused by incorrect or outdated affiliate payment details.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Registering personal or associated player accounts under their affiliate link.
Offering or negotiating unauthorized incentives with players to switch from another affiliate.
Promoting collusion, fraud, or other dishonest player behavior.
Encouraging the use of prohibited auxiliary software.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
8.1. CoinPoker reserves the right to temporarily suspend affiliate accounts while investigating suspected breaches of these Terms.
8.2. Following investigation, accounts may either be reinstated or permanently terminated with forfeiture of commissions, at CoinPoker’s discretion.
All terms of the affiliate agreement, including but not limited to revenue share rates, negotiated bonuses, and other arrangements, are strictly confidential. Affiliates may not disclose such information publicly or to third parties.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with the applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. CoinPoker does not accept liability for any unlawful or non-compliant affiliate conduct.
11.1. CoinPoker may, at any time, request disclosure of traffic sources, including but not limited to websites, landing pages, and social media accounts.
11.2. Failure to provide accurate and complete traffic source information may result in suspension or termination of the affiliate account.
12.1. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the CoinPoker brand name, variations thereof, or any related keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) without prior written approval from the CoinPoker affiliate department.
12.2. Affiliates are not permitted to use CoinPoker’s brand name in display URLs, ad copy, or social media handles without explicit consent.
12.3. CoinPoker reserves the right to withhold commissions and/or terminate the affiliate account if brand bidding or other unauthorized advertising practices are detected.
13.1. Affiliates who wish to grant sub-affiliate deals outside of the official CoinPoker affiliate software (e.g., by issuing tracking links or codes via their own affiliate account) must notify CoinPoker in writing and obtain prior approval.
13.2. All such arrangements must be transparent, and CoinPoker reserves the right to reject or revoke approval at its sole discretion.
13.3. Failure to disclose and receive approval for external sub-affiliate deals may result in termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.
14.1 General Prohibition
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from offering additional rakeback or incentives beyond the official CoinPoker rakeback system.
14.2 Permitted Promotions
Affiliates may run rake races, rake chases, or similar promotions, provided such activities have been pre-approved by the CoinPoker affiliate department.
14.3 Non-Compliance
Affiliates found in violation of this policy may have their commission structure adjusted, partnership terminated, or both.
14.4 Collaboration & Approval
Affiliates are encouraged to discuss all promotional ideas with the CoinPoker affiliate department. Any campaign offering additional incentives must receive prior approval.
15.1. Affiliate Partnerships are maintained in good faith, based on the affiliate’s continued promotion of CoinPoker.
15.2. CoinPoker reserves the right to reduce, adjust, or terminate affiliate agreements if:
The affiliate ceases promotional activity.
The affiliate begins promoting a direct competitor.
The affiliate’s traffic sources are deemed unsustainable or damaging to CoinPoker’s business.
The affiliate harms the business with his actions.
CoinPoker reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts that fail to generate any new first-time depositors (“FTDs”) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
17.1. CoinPoker reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
17.2. Affiliates will be notified of changes by email of the amendment.
17.3. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.4. These Terms supersede and take precedence over any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements with affiliates. By agreeing to these Terms, all previous agreements are superseded, and only the latest version of these Terms remains binding.
In the event of any discrepancies between translated versions of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
